King-Dufferin Community Centre
Project Description
This project is to develop a multiple building cluster, with an interior program of about 1,000 sq. metres and a landscape architecture plan. Building heights and landscape grading are limited to a maximum of 8 meters +/- above grade.
Program consists of:
- a community resource centre/library with:
- reading rooms
- workshop/meeting spaces
- small auditorium/performance space(s)
- café
- community gallery/exhibition area(s)
- exterior spaces designed for diverse recreational/social activities
- other possible interior/exterior spaces you invent as potentially valuable for the
- community, including winter and summer occupation that may be flexible/temporary
