Project Description
The project focuses on creating a set of well coordinated interior construction documents. The scope of work contains the demolition of the existing conditions and the design of a new office layout based on OBC requirements.
The submissions are industry standard black and white line drawings.
This is an individual project.
Summary
The new design reflects a mix of enclosed and open office spaces which are dedicated and non-dedicated spaces and workstations.
The production of integrated design documents is based on OBC requirements and is the design outcome of best practices and concepts in sustainable design and human well-being.
